1)Grate the Carrots. I took 6 carrots.
2) Put ghee in Kadai. Once it is hot dan put carrot in low flame and cover with the lid.
3) After 10-15 mins check and stir the Carrots with it is cooked properly. Now add little sugar and add 200 ml milkmaid. Mix it well.
4) Now again cover it with lid and in between stir it repeatedly. Once it is soft you can open the cover and cook it .
5) After 5 mins it is ready to serve
