  • 1) Carrot


  • 2) Ghee


  • 3) MilkMaid


  • 4) Sugar

Directions

  • 1)Grate the Carrots. I took 6 carrots.
  • 2) Put ghee in Kadai. Once it is hot dan put carrot in low flame and cover with the lid.
  • 3) After 10-15 mins check and stir the Carrots with it is cooked properly. Now add little sugar and add 200 ml milkmaid. Mix it well.
  • 4) Now again cover it with lid and in between stir it repeatedly. Once it is soft you can open the cover and cook it .
  • 5) After 5 mins it is ready to serve
